If an employee, client or physician observes or suspects violations of this code, the compliance program or any laws or regulations, they are required to report those violations or suspected violations to the Corporate Compliance Officer or a member of the Compliance Advisory Committee. If you are not comfortable reporting in this manner, questions can be asked or concerns can be reported by utilizing an anonymous, confidential reporting system.
